Jac Ouellette is a multi-media artist who earned her BFA, with honors, from Maine College of Art in 2002. Jac majored in sculptural metal furniture, and over the years, her focus has evolved. Her current work encompasses large vibrant metal sculptures, metal furniture and colorful oil painted landscapes.

Jac’s path to art has been a long varied journey. Before becoming an artist, she has worked in a myriad of fields ranging from nursing, sales and general management. As a  result, she was a late-comer into the field of art. Her journey has given her a unique perspective, and a true appreciation for finding the passion in one’s life.

Jac resides in an eclectic and small beachside community in Maine. She works out of her 2 studios in South Portland.  She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Maine College of Art. Her sculptures, furniture and paintings can be found throughout New England in public schools, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, private homes and colleges.
